Overview



Welcome to ShowDogVideoPros Streaming Video!  We are a National Specialty Dog Show Video service that provides our Ticket Holders with access to LIVE, Recorded, and On Demand videos streamed over the Internet to compatible devices.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our service.  As used in these Terms of Use, ShowDogVideoPros.com, “our service”, or the “Service” means the services provided by ShowDogVideoPros.com for watching National Specialty Dog Show videos via the Internet, including all features and functionalities of the website, user interfaces, and Content associated with our service.

1. Your Acceptance



A) By using or visiting the ShowDogVideoPros.com website or any products, software, data feeds, and services provided to you on, from, or through the ShowDogVideoPros.com website, or the ShowDogVideoPros.com movie store (collectively the "Service") you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use").  If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Service.

B) The ShowDogVideoPros.com that is providing the service to you and with whom you are entering into this Agreement is an affiliate of TNG Digital Media Services, Inc. incorporated in the state of Delaware.  ShowDogVideoPros.com is located in Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, New Mexico, USA.

2. Changes to Terms of Use



Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms of Use, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version (https://www.showdogvideopros.com).  ShowDogVideoPros.com may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Use and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.  Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

3. Privacy



Personally identifying information is subject to our Privacy Policy (https://www.showdogvideopros.com), the terms of which are incorporated herein.  Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

4. Communication Preferences



By using the ShowDogVideoPros.com service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from ShowDogVideoPros.com relating to your account.  These communications may involve sending e-mails to your e-mail address provided during registration and will include notices about your account (e.g. payment authorizations, change in password, confirmation e-mails and other transactional information) and are part of your relationship with ShowDogVideoPros.com.  You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.  You should maintain copies of electronic communications by printing a paper copy or saving an electronic copy.  You also consent to receiving certain other communications from us, such as newsletters about new ShowDogVideoPros.com features and content, special offers, promotional announcements and customer surveys via email or other methods.

5. General Terms of Service



A) These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Service.  The Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by ShowDogVideoPros.com.  ShowDogVideoPros.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites.  In addition, ShowDogVideoPros.com will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site.  By using the Service, you expressly relieve ShowDogVideoPros.com from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

B) Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the Service and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit.

6. ShowDogVideoPros.com Accounts/Tickets



A) In order to access some features of the Service, you will have to create a ShowDogVideoPros.com Account.  This is accoomplished when you purchase a "Ticket" at this website.  You may never use another's account/Ticket without permission.  When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information.  You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.  You must notify ShowDogVideoPros.com immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

B) Although ShowDogVideoPros.com will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of ShowDogVideoPros.com or others due to such unauthorized use.

7. Payment Terms



A) You agree to pay for any Service that you order.  If you purchase any automatically renewing subscriptions, you agree that ShowDogVideoPros.com will charge the payment method on file on the first day of each billing period for the relevant subscription, and if the payment method on file becomes invalid due to an expired credit card or other similar reason and we are unable to charge you on the next billing period, ShowDogVideoPros.com reserves the right to immediately revoke your access to any Service you have ordered until you update your payment method.  If you fail to update your payment method within a reasonable amount of time, ShowDogVideoPros.com may cancel your subscription.

B) You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for paying all fees in a timely manner and for providing us with a valid credit card or other form of payment acceptable to ShowDogVideoPros.com.  IN ADDITION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ONLINE ACCEPTANCES CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SHOWDOGVIDEOPROS.COM AND SIGNIFY YOUR INTENT TO BE BOUND TO SUCH ONLINE ACCEPTANCES.  SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS, IN NO EVENT WILL SHOWDOGVIDEOPROS.COM OR ITS AFFILIATES' AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION BROUGHT BY YOU OR YOUR AGENTS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE PAYMENTS ACTUALLY RECEIVED AND RETAINED BY SHOWDOGVIDEOPROS.COM FROM YOU FOR THE PAID SERVICES.

C) Unless not permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that that these Terms of Use, your transaction for the Service, and your relationship with ShowDogVideoPros.com under these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, U.S.A., without respect to its conflict of laws principles, and any claim or dispute that arises in whole or in part from your use of the ShowDogVideoPros.com Website and the Services will be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, U.S.A.

8. Cancellation & Termination Terms



You may cancel your subscription, ticket, or plan at any time. However, there are significant cancellation terms and obligations. To cancel your Account or Service provide notice to our Customer Support Team by e-mail at showdogvideopros@gmail.com.

A) Subscription Cancellations: If you purchase a subscription to a Service that automatically renews, you may cancel the subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period.  You will retain access to the Service from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period, and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period.

B) For the ALL ACCESS TICKET, cancellation forfeits all unused access.  There are absolutely NO REFUNDS.

C) For Breed/Show Specific Tickets, cancellation forfeits all unused access.  There are absolutely NO REFUNDS.

9. Payment Cancellation



If for any reason you cancel payment for the streaming video services, your account will be immediately suspended.  You will lose access to the streaming video.  We will contact you to restore payment, and if payment resumes, we will restore streaming video access.  If you decide to cancel your subscription or ticket, the cancellation terms will apply.  We will audit your account and send you a bill for the amounts owing upon cancellation, according to our terms.

10. Refunds



You can cancel your purchase and receive a refund as long as you have not commenced using the relevant Service ordered and you make your request no later than 7 working days after your order is completed.  Requests for refunds must be directed to our customer support team by E-mail at showdogvideopros@gmail.com.  We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests after 7 working days at our sole discretion, except where the Service is defective.  In the event a refund is issued after 7 days for any subscription Service, you may be issued a partial refund that is pro-rated for the remaining time left on the subscription.  If you receive a refund for any reason, ShowDogVideoPros.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the relevant Service purchased.

11. General Use of the Service



A) Upon purchase of streaming video access from ShowDogVideopros.com, you are granted an individual license to view the video for as long as ShowDogVideopros.com maintains an active website, up to a period of 100 years from the date of purchase.  Video playback is for personal use only and licensed solely to the original owner of the account.  Replication or storage of any of the videos streamed from ShowDogVideopros.com is prohibited.

B) Any Content viewed through our service, are for your personal and non-commercial use only.  During your ShowDogVideoPros.com membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the ShowDogVideopros.com streaming Service and to view movies and Video on Demand shows through the service on a streaming-only basis for that purpose.  Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you.

C) You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the Service or the Content without ShowDogVideoPros.com's prior written authorization.

D) You agree not to access Content through any technology or means other than the video playback pages of the Service itself.

E) You agree not to use the Service for any of the following uses unless you obtain ShowDogVideoPros.com's prior written approval:
- the sale of access to the Service;
- the re-sale of purchased access to the Service, serving as a “broker” or “scalper”;
- the sale of advertising, sponsorships, or promotions placed on or within the Service or content.

F) In your use of the Service, you will comply with all applicable laws.

G) ShowDogVideoPros.com reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

12. ShowDogVideoPros.com Service



A) You agree to use the Service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the Service or Content therein.

B) You agree not to archive, download (other than through caching necessary for personal use), reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorized in these Terms of Use) Content and information contained on or obtained from or through the ShowDogVideoPros.com Service without express written permission from ShowDogVideoPros.com and its licensors.

C) You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the Content protections in the ShowDogVideoPros.com service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the ShowDogVideoPros.com Service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the ShowDogVideoPros.com Service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the ShowDogVideoPros.com Service in any way; or, use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method.

D) You agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the ShowDogVideoPros.com service, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs.

E) The availability of ShowDogVideoPros.com National Specialty Dog Show movies & Video On Demand shows to watch will change from time to time.  The quality of the display of the streaming movies & Video On Demand shows may vary from computer to computer, and device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection.  You are responsible for all Internet access charges.  Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges.  ShowDogVideoPros.com makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your watching experience on your display.  The time it takes to begin watching a movie or show will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, the movie or Video On Demand show you have selected and the configuration of your device.

F) For LIVE streaming events ShowDogVideoPros.com is only responsible for SENDING the streaming video signal.  Once the signal is transmitted over the Internet, ShowDogVideoPros.com has no control over the number of servers it goes through, the distance it travels, or any of the conditions surrounding the reception on the other end.  ShowDogVideoPros.com monitors the "receive" signal at the show site during LIVE streaming.  If there is an interruption in the reception, it is remedied immediately.  Nevertheless, ShowDogVideoPros.com has no way to correct any local problems that you may have with RECEPTION, which may include your computer hardware, software or internet connection issues.

G) We may terminate or restrict your use of our Service, without compensation or notice if you are, or if we suspect that you are (i) in violation of any of these Terms of Use or (ii) engaged in illegal or improper use of the service.

13. Changes



A) Changes or Discontinuation of Services.  ShowDogVideoPros.com reserves the right to change the availability of Services.  In addition, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service with or without notice to you and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or termination.  However, this will not affect your ability to request a refund.

B) Changes to the Service Terms of Use.  We may also change these Service Terms of Use from time to time so we encourage you to periodically review the most up-to-date version at https://www.showdogvideopros.com.  If the Service Terms of Use change, you will have the opportunity to review the new terms when you next purchase any Service.  By completing the purchase, you signify your agreement to the new Service Terms of Use, and further, that they will apply to your use of the Service as a whole (including any Service you have purchased in the past) and all subsequent purchases (until the Service Terms of Use change again).  If you refuse to accept the updated Service Terms of Use then you may not buy any additional Services and the latest version of the Service Terms of Use that you accepted will continue to apply to your use of previously purchased Services.

14. ShowDogVideoPros.com License



Your use of the ShowDogVideoPros.com Service must be only for personal, non-commercial use.  You are receiving a non-exclusive license to access the Service and all rights, title and interest in the Services (including any content offered through the Services) not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by ShowDogVideoPros.com.  If ShowDogVideoPros.com reasonably determines that you violated any of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use, your rights under this Section will immediately terminate and ShowDogVideoPros.com may terminate your access to the Service and/or your ShowDogVideoPros.com account without notice and without refund to you.

15. ShowDogVideoPros.com Service Restrictions



When you use the Service, you may not (or attempt to):
- use the Service in an illegal manner or for an illegal purpose;
- copy, sell, rent, or sublicense the Service to any third party;
- circumvent, reverse-engineer, modify, disable, or otherwise tamper with any security technology that ShowDogVideoPros.com uses to protect the Service or encourage or help anyone else to do so;
- access the Service other than by means authorized by ShowDogVideoPros.com;
- or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Services.

16. Your Use of ShowDogVideoPros.com



Content In addition to the general restrictions above, the following restrictions and conditions apply specifically to your use of Content.

A) The Content on the Service, and the trademarks, service marks and logos ("Marks") on the Service, are owned by or licensed to ShowDogVideoPros.com, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.

B) Content is provided to you AS IS.  You may access Content for your information and personal use solely as intended through the provided functionality of the Service and as permitted under these Terms of Use.  You shall not download any Content at any time for any reason.  You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, rent or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of ShowDogVideoPros.com.   ShowDogVideoPros.com reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service and the Content.

C) You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the Content therein.

17. Warranty Disclaimer



THE SHOWDOGVIDEOPROS.COM SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AND SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, OR ANY OTHER FEATURES OR FUNCTIONALITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHOWDOGVIDEOPROS.COM SERVICE, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  SHOWDOGVIDEOPROS.COM DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SHOWDOGVIDEOPROS.COM SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

18. Limitation of Liability

The Service is controlled and offered by ShowDogVideoPros.com from its facilities in the United States of America.  ShowDogVideoPros.com makes no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations.  Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

19. Indemnity



To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ShowDogVideoPros.com, its parent corporation (TNG Digital Media Services, Inc), officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.  This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the Service.

20. Ability to Accept Terms of Service



You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Use.  If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the Service.  There are lots of other great web sites for you.  Talk to your parents about what sites are appropriate for you.

21. Assignment



These Terms of Use, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by ShowDogVideoPros.com without restriction.

22. Intellectual Property



Copyright:  The ShowDogVideoPros.com Service, including all Content provided on the ShowDogVideoPros.com Service and websites, is protected by copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property laws and treaties.

23. General



You agree that: (i) the Service shall be deemed solely based in New Mexico; and (ii) the Service shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over ShowDogVideoPros.com, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than New Mexico.  These Terms of Use shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New Mexico, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.  Any claim or dispute between you and ShowDogVideoPros.com that arises in whole or in part from the Service shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dona Ana County, New Mexico.  These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Notice at https://www.ShowDogVideoPros.com and any other legal notices published by ShowDogVideoPros.com on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and ShowDogVideoPros.com concerning the Service.  If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.  No waiver of any term of this these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and ShowDogVideoPros.com's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.  ShowDogVideoPros.com reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use for any changes.  Your use of the Service following any amendment of these Terms of Use will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.  YOU AND SHOWDOGVIDEOPROS.COM AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES.  OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

(1) ShowDogVideoPros features a **novel** TICKET-based streaming video admission service.  It works just like a regular AMC movie theater.  ONE Ticket admits ONE user into the Streaming Video Service to watch the show.   You are NOT ALLOWED to "share" your Ticket with other users, just as AMC will NOT allow you to pass your ticket to the next person in line to get into the movies!

(2) ShowDogVideoPros also uses a **unique** user & device detection / authentication security system.  We can detect the "who, what, & where" every time you sign in, using complex geolocation and device characteristic authentication algorithms.  We CAN immediately detect whether an unauthorized user - other than the Ticket Holder - has signed in using someone else's Ticket Number.  In that case, your Ticket Number and account will be immediately suspended, and access to the streaming video cut-off!

(3) The ShowDogVideoPros Terms & Conditions of Service allow only ONE active stream on one device at a time per account.  Concurrent sign ins - two streams on the same account - are NOT allowed.

(4) If your Streaming Video Ticket number is suspended and streaming video access is cut-off, we will start a conflict resolution process by email with you.  We will provide you the information that triggered the suspension and permit you 5 working days to provide an explanation.  In our sole judgment, if the explanation is sufficient, we will reinstate the account.  If the explanation is NOT sufficient, we will permanently block your account.   In either case, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for Streaming Video Tickets, whether used, unused, authorized or unauthorized, viewable or unviewable.  If you do not agree to this term, then please do NOT purchase a Ticket with the ShowDogVideoPros streaming video service!

(5) You agree to pay for any Streaming Video Ticket that you order.  If for any reason you cancel or put a hold on payment for the streaming video services, your account will be immediately suspended and you will lose access to the streaming video.

(6) You may enjoy unlimited use of the streaming video service for the lifespan of your Ticket.  Timed access will be granted to the videos according to the type of Ticket that you purchased.  Viewing Time Remaining for your Ticket is displayed at the bottom of the video player on every streaming video page.

(7) ShowDogVideoPros is only responsible for SENDING the streaming video signal. Once the signal hits the Internet, there is no control over the number of servers it goes through, the distance it travels, or any of the conditions surrounding the reception on the other end.  In any case, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for Streaming Video Tickets, whether used, unused, authorized or unauthorized, viewable or unviewable.  If you do not agree to this term, then please do NOT purchase a Ticket with the ShowDogVideoPros streaming video service!

(8) You are NOT allowed to record, download, copy, rebroadcast, post to social media or in any other manner manipulate the ShowDogVideoPros streaming videos.  Your purchase of a Streaming Video Ticket is an individual license granted to one person solely for private non-commercial viewing of the videos.  Violations of these terms can result in serious Federal and International copyright infringement prosecution, the penalties of which include up to $250,000 per instance in fines and even incarceration.

(9) In any case, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for Streaming Video Tickets, whether used, unused, authorized or unauthorized, viewable or unviewable.  If you do not agree to this term, then please do NOT purchase a Ticket with the ShowDogVideoPros streaming video service!

Order Fullfillment, Returns, & Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to Movie products on USB Flash Drives.  For Streaming Video cancellations and refunds, please review our streaming video terms of use.

ShowDogVideoPros.com makes every reasonable effort to ship orders the next business day (note that for orders placed on a Sat, Sun or holiday, the next business day will be Mon-Fri).  If your order is placed in advance of a show, or during a show (a so-called "PRE-PRODUCTION" order) then shipment will be as soon as the videos are produced, which may run from just 2 weeks ***after*** the show, or up to 6 - 8 weeks, depending on the time of year and the number of concurrent shows to be produced.

During peak show seasons, order fulfillment will be delayed.  We are on the road filming and the studio is closed.  We promise to ship your videos ASAP upon return!

***IMPORTANT*** ShowDogVideoPros.com makes every effort to produce fully edited and titled video Movies within two - eight calendar weeks following an event.  However, at certain show seasons (April/May/June and September/October/November) additional production time may be required.

1. Orders in Production

For orders placed, but NOT YET shipped, you may cancel your order at any time and receive a FULL REFUND.  This condition typically applies to Pre-Production orders, where there may be a wait time between placing your order and physical shipment.

2. Orders that have Shipped

For orders that have already shipped, you must return the Movie package UN-OPENED for a refund.  You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the Movie order, less shipping and handling expenses plus a 20% re-stocking fee.

ShowDogVideoPros.com will refund the purchase price (less S/H and 20% re-stocking Fee) ONLY upon receipt of the UN-OPENED Movie package.

The Movies are shipped in plain white shipping containers.  These MUST BE UN-OPENED AND IN TACT when the package is returned, in order to qualify for a refund.

3. Orders of SALE Products

From time to time, ShowDogVideoPros.com will offer "Discounts" or "Sales" on post-production products.  These pertain to Movie videos already produced and in stock.  Such products are offered in "as is" condition.

There are NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS available on discounted Sale products from ShowDogVideoPros.com.

4. Damaged Merchandise

ShowDogVideoPros.com uses nothing but the highest quality USB media and products.  Occasionally, a Flash Drive will become un-readable.  We will replace any of our USB Flash Drives for proven Defects.

This does not mean that we will replace our Flash Drives for mis-handling.  If one of our drives does not play when you receive it, we will accept the it on return.  You will be responsible for packaging the drive, and shipping expenses to return the it to us.

We will then perform a scan using sophisticated computer equipment.  If the device is bad, we will replace it at NO CHARGE.  If instead we see that the drive has been mis-handled, we will replace it for a $25.00 charge.  Shipping will be by US First Class Mail.

5. Incorrect Order

If you find that the video Movie products that you receive do not match what you ordered, please notify us immediately by E-mail: showdogvideopros@gmail.com.  We will work quickly and assiduously to correct the order.  In most instances, we will simply ship a corrected USB Flash Drive to you at no additional charge.

If instead we determine that you made an error in placing your order, we will work with you to fulfill your needs and to achieve your complete satisfaction.  Additional charges may apply.

Incorrect Orders must be adjudicated within 30 days of receipt (according to shipment tracking).  After 30 days, the order fulfillment is considered final and neither returnable nor refundable.

6. Incorrect Titling

There will be no refund in part or in whole for incorrect titling on our videos.

7. Policy Changes

ShowDogVideoPros.com reserves the right to change its payment, return and refund policies at any time without prior notice to you.  Any changes to these policies will be posted on our website.

Video Copying & Sharing Policy
Can I Copy The Production Videos?

NO!  When you purchase your own copy of the videos on USB Flash drive, you are granted an Individual License to ***view*** the videos for your personal and non-commercial purposes only.  ShowDogVideoPros.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable license solely to view the video.  No other right, title, or interest shall be transferred to you.  It is a violation of our copyright to copy the videos or to distribute the videos by any means (e.g., digitally on flash drive, computer drive, by internet cloud service, email, social media, or website).

The ShowDogVideoPros digital videos are encoded with a digital watermark that is easily recognizable and trackable.  Any unauthorized copy or redistribution of our videos constitutes a violation of our terms of service and our copyright.  Such matters are taken very seriously and carry severe penalties.

Custom Edited "Just My Dog" Videos

The one exception is your custom edited product called "JUST MY DOG".  Those videos are custom made just for you, and may be copied or distributed at will either online, on social media, or by digital means.  The "JUST MY DOG" videos are entirely yours to handle and enjoy!

Video Copying Policy

You may copy the Electronic Video Files to your own physical devices (e.g. phone, tablet, PC) for your personal viewing only.

You will not copy, share, or distribute the Electronic Video Files to any othe devies or media for other persons to view.

Video Sharing Policy

You will NEVER copy, share, or distribute the Electronic Video Files to any online platform (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, Tik Tok, or personal websites) or by cloud storage servers (e.g. iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc), or by e-mail.

Video Editing Policy

You will not edit or re-edit, crop, alter, or remove, either in part or in whole, any of the Content, or Copyright Protections built into ShowDogVideoPros Electronic Video Files, including the electronic tracking code imbedded into the video file.

US Domestic Shipping Policy

At this time, ShowDogVideoPros.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands by First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation Tracking.  Orders over 15 ounces in weight require Priority Mail rates.  Applicable shipping and handling fees may be charged, as indicated at the time of purchase

US Domestic Lost Shipment Policy

ShowDogVideoPros.com will notify you by e-mail that your video order has shipped.  If after an appropriate period elapses your video order appears to be lost in transit, please notify us by e-mail at showdogvideopros@gmail.com. While we don't control the postal service, we should be able to track your package to its last scan point, and determine the cause of the delay.

Since we use First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking, it is possible to track and locate a so-called "lost package".  If we determine that a package was not delivered due to our error, we will send a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

If instead the loss was due to an error on the part of the customer, ShowDogVideoPros.com will send a replacement shipment at the duplication cost of $25.00, plus applicable shipping and handling fees.  In the alternative, either ShowDogVideoPros.com or the purchaser may decide to cancel the order.  If upon agreement the order is canceled, the difference between the actual purchase price and the replacement price ($25.00 plus shipping and handling fees) will be refunded.

In the rare circumstance that a shipment is both undelivered and untrackable, ShowDogVideoPros.com will send a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping Policy

ShowDogVideoPros.com ships merchandise to International destinations using International First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation Tracking.  Additional fees do apply.  Please contact us by e-mail at showdogvideopros@gmail.com for custom shipping cost quotations using alternative carrier services (FEDEX).

We are advised by the US Postal service that the tracking number assigned for International First Class Mail does not guarantee delivery confirmation, since some countries do not use the same tracking system as the US Postal service.  However, we should be able to track to the last known recipient (which may be the customs agent), if a package is not delivered.

FEDEX is the most reliable for International Shipping.  If you wish to be completely certain that you will receive your video order - and be able to track it - then we encourage you to use Fedex.  The prices are a bit expensive, but the reliability and timely service is unmatched.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination.  Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of an order and vary from country to country.  Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country.  It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which we are shipping permits the receipt of video products.  ShowDogVideoPros.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Order Payments Policy

Orders received before or at the National Specialty show, or while the videos are in production, are called PRE-PRODUCTION Orders.

We offer significant Discounts and other options on PRE-PRODUCTION Orders.  Your payment in advance by credit card, check or cash entitles you to those benefits.

Your PRE-PRODUCTION Order payment guarantees Discounts and First-in-Line order fulfillment.

Accordingly, your PRE-PRODUCTION Order payment will be processed on receipt.  Your check will be cashed, your credit card charged and/or cash deposited in the bank.

It works exactly the same as putting a deposit down on a discounted vacation special, or buying an airline ticket in advance of the day of travel, or paying your hotel bill in full at check in.

Your payment in advance secures special pricing.  In our case that is a Discounted Video or Movie price.

Overview

ShowDogVideoPros.com accepts payments for Movie products by check.  Streaming Video subscriptions must be paid On Line.  We do not accept checks for streaming video.

Checks need to be made payable to our holding company (not to ShowDogVideoPros.com)!

Bounced Checks

Checks returned for insufficient funds cause significant inconvenience for merchants, for customers, and for the banks!  The merchant's bank charges typically $20 - $25 to the merchant for a bounced check - and the merchant had nothing to do with bouncing the check!

ShowDogVideoPros.com takes the issue of insufficient funds or "bounced checks" very seriously.  Upon return of the check from our bank, we will put an immediate hold on your order.  We will notify you by e-mail and by regular postal mail.  Our service fee for the handling of a returned check is $25.00.  That fee must be paid before your video order can be further processed or shipped.

Bounced Checks - Collections

Often we find that checks bounce because folks are traveling to/from the National, and have unusual expenses culminating from the National Specialty events.  Nevertheless, we must insist on prompt payment.  We are happy to work with you, but we are most unhappy if our efforts to contact you are ignored and if you fail to acknowledge the problem.  Afterall, folks know when they bounce a check - it is returned in their monthly bank statement!

If we do not receive any communication from you on this issue, then we are forced to proceed with collections.  In addition, we feel it is important to notify the Parent Breed Club of such unethical actions, and as well to register an ethics complaint with the AKC toward revokation of your privileges therein.  We notify all other vendors of people who pass bad checks, and we maintain a publicly available database of such folks as well.

No one wants a "bad name" or reputation for bouncing a check.  Again, we are happy to work with you as long as there is communication and a fair plan to resolve the issue.  But it is not fair to us, nor to your fellow fanciers to completely ignore a problem with payment - a bounced check - that imposes harm on the merchant (bank fees, etc) and the National Specialty venue.

Video Titling Policy

Overview

We title every dog entered in every conformation class that we film by on-screen complete catalog entry information, including AKC registered name & number, Sire, Dam, Date of Birth, Owner, Breeder, Handler and armband number.  On the actual video we use a sub-screen template so that the titling does not overlap the exhibition of the dog, which thereby permits an unobstructed view of the dog.

Dog Identification

In order to label each dog, we rely on identification by the armband number.  Accordingly, we must get an unobstructed clear view of the armband number.  This can sometimes be quite difficult, even with the permanent video recording.  If we cannot clearly see the armband number, we cannot accurately identify the dog!  In that case, we must list the name, sire and dam as “N/A” – Not Available – on screen.  Here are the kinds of problems that we typically encounter:

Brushes, Combs, Toys and Bait

It is quite common for handlers to use their armband and rubber band to hold various utensils that they need in the ring to exhibit the dog.  If one of these things blocks the number, we just cannot correctly identify the dog.

Armband Placement

The armband should be placed above the elbow on the upper arm with the number facing outward.  This permits easy viewing by the Judge, and correct identification on the video.  We experience numerous variations on this.  For example, some will place the armband on their bare arm and allow a sleeve of their top to drape over the number.  Some girls are so skinny that the armband literally goes twice around their arm.  Some gentlemen will wear their armband over their suit coat and in the crotch of their elbow.  We encounter armbands where the number is pointed backward, and even upside down!  We could make a full length movie of the variations, but the bottom line is that if we cannot catch even a single frame of unobstructed view of the number, we cannot securely identify the dog and title it on-screen.

Armband Contrast and Color

Some shows opt for ‘decorative’ armbands, with multi-colors, superintendent or show logos, and fancy fonts.  Anything other than a large clear black number on a white background paper increases the difficulty to read the number significantly.  We try very, very hard, but if the number blends into the background or the show logo, we cannot clearly identify the dog and title it on the video.

Handwritten Armbands

We all know the situation.  Someone throws away their armband and then realizes that they need to go back in the ring for reserves, or whatever.  Or, for some reason, the armbands are not available and the stewards start handwriting numbers.  Those handwritten numbers are almost impossible to read!  Again, if we cannot see it, then we cannot identify the dog and title it on the video.

Ring Protocols

Judging protocols are at the discretion of the judge, but also influenced by how the ring is setup in terms of entry and exit points, matting, carpeting, etc.  If the placements and awards are given with the left arm pointing outside the ring, it becomes quite difficult to identify the dogs.  Another difficulty relates to multi-entry classes (Stud Dog, Brood Bitch, Brace, Team, Extended Generations, Breeder Classes, etc.).  The shear size of these classes can leave the dogs and handlers standing right up against the camera, and their armbands impossible to see.  We do the best we can.

No Armband

Although the AKC policy is that every dog in every class being exhibited must be identified by armband number, we still see entries without an armband!  It most commonly occurs with Stud Dog and Brood Bitch types of classes, where the get come in the ring without an armband.  There is nothing we can do about that.  Again, no armband number, no title on the video.

Titling Data Sources

Once we have identified the dog by armband number, we then go to the source reference for the dog’s AKC registered name, Sire and Dam, which is the published catalog for each show.  We literally “copy and paste” from the catalog into the video editing software.  What this means is that if the information is incorrect in the catalog, it will also be incorrect on-screen in the video!

Most show superintendents and show secretaries post an on-line version of the catalog, either as a website or as a pdf type of document.  Many, but not all, will process corrections if identified, and post the corrected version after the show.   Since we are accessing the on-line catalog to do our titling after the show, it is this corrected version that we will be using.

For some shows there is no on-line version of the catalog.  In that case we scan the actual catalog that is published at the show, and then perform OCR – Optical Character Recognition – on the text.  OCR is really quite good from a high quality scan.  We then use that text document to “copy and paste” into the video editing software.  Error rates are higher, however, using this method.

We do use the entire name and titles for every dog.  If either the AKC registered name or earned titles is incorrect in the catalog, unfortunately it will be incorrect on the video.  We make well over 250,000 titling entries on our videos each year.  It is simply not feasible to research and correct every single one.

Class Placements and Awards

We also label the class placements, winners, reserve winners, major awards (Breed, Opposite, Best of Winners), Selects, ‘Best of’s’ and Judges Awards of Merit on our videos.  We do rely on clear identification of the dogs receiving these awards by armband number.  Sometimes we have to work assiduously to identify the actual dog by some physical characteristics, or we key to the handler.

While we do compare our visual record of the placements and awards to the marked catalog (either on-line or at the show), the bottom line is that the video is considered the gold-standard record for the results of the show.  None of the superintendents, secretaries or judge’s book is infallible.  We find that although error rates are low, they do occur.   If there is a discrepancy between the written record and the video, as long as we can clearly see the armband number and ribbon award being handed to the exhibitor, we will use that information to label placements and awards on the video.

Titling Error Correction Policy

Recognition of the Process

Errors occur.  It is a fact of life.  No one sits up at night plotting to mistakenly label a dog, their sire, their dam or their award.  Most show superintendents and secretaries work very hard to get the information right in the catalog.  And so do we on the video!

We do title well over 250,000 dog names and titles each year on our videos.  We make mistakes, we know.  Our processes are complicated because we must first identify the entry by armband number, then locate that number in the catalog, and then copy the information onto the video.  While it seems straightforward, there are three sources of error in the process:  incorrect (or incomplete) identification of the dog, incorrect or incomplete information in the catalog, and then simple human error in the “copy and paste” process.  We do our very best.

If you know in advance that there is an error in the catalog for your dog’s name, titles, sire or dam, you should try to correct that with the show superintendent or secretary.  If that corrected information is in the on-line catalog after the show, we will have it correct on the video.  Also, we can incorporate the corrected information into the video if you provide that to us before we edit and title the final product.  To do so, send an e-mail to: showdogvideopros@gmail.com.

If you find an error in the titling on the final video product, we sincerely regret that.  While we take full responsibility for our errors, we have found that commonly it is related to incorrect information in the catalog, or an inability to clearly identify a dog.

Unfortunately, there is no remedy that we can offer once the final video is published.

This policy is the same as a show superintendent supplying a printed catalog at the show.  If the catalog has an error in it, the show super doesn’t run out to do a new print run to correct the error.  Similarly, we do not duplicate and distribute another whole set of videos.

In rare instances we may make an error in the titling of a major award, e.g. Best in Specialty Show.  We do recognize that our videos are a permanent record of your National Specialty Show, and we do try very hard to have that record correct.   Accordingly, if there is a significant error in the permanent record of a major award, we will consider re-publishing and re-distributing corrected discs.

Quality Assurance Policy

Our Commitment to Quality

At ShowDogVideoPros.com quality is our highest priority.  We start in the field at your National Specialty show with highly trained professional videographers focused not only on dog shows and show dogs, but importantly on the unique events of the National Specialty Show environment.  Our videographers are trained to blend into the fabric of your show to be as unobtrusive as possible, yet also to get the most optimum views feasible of your breed.

At The Show

To that end, our video camera equipment and computer technology is all state of the art.  We use high-resolution (over 1,000 lines) Hi-Definition (1080p60) & Ultra High Definition (UHD - 4K) Panasonic video cameras integrated with the finest of Mac computer hardware and software.  We have extensively researched our on-line CDN services for both of our On-Demand and LIVE streaming video services and can guarantee highly accessible on-line video 24/7 worldwide.

At your show, the video is recorded in triplicate from multiple different sources and by multiple different means.  In this way we are certain that as long as the camera is running, the redundant recording methodology insures highly reliable video storage.  Each night the video is backed up onto duplicate hard drives in digital format, and in most cases also loaded to our streaming video servers.  There are always at least three copies of the video made each day at the show.  We just don’t want to lose one second of prized content!

At The Studio

Back at the studio we backup all of the video recorded at your National Specialty onto RAID arrays.  These redundant backup methods also insure secure storage for as long as we hold the video.  During our video editing and titling work, we use duplicate copies of the video to make certain that the original recordings are not harmed in any way.

Once the final video is ready for duplication, we use multiple methods of error checking to be certain that the content stored on our USB Flash Drives is exactly what we rendered as the final product from our computer editing.

Post Production Quality

But, we aren’t satisfied with just that.  Although, digital recording media (USB Flash Drives) is manufactured to strict criteria, and despite the fact that we use high quality drives, there can still be errors that contribute to signal degradation in the final product that you receive.  Accordingly, every Flash Drive is tested for readability in a computer prior to shipping.  With this procedure we can identify any defects in manufacturing of the media that we use.

Our overall studio error rate for video duplication is about 1 per 100,000 Flash Drives.  In other words, it is very uncommon to get a so-called “bad drive".  Nevertheless, we test rigorously to maintain the highest quality product feasible.  It is a bit of work, but well worth the effort to be certain that what you receive from our studio is the best that it can be.

Flash Drive Replacement

WE WILL REPLACE ANY OF OUR USB FLASH DRIVES FOR PROVEN DEFECTS!

This does not mean that we will replace our media for mis-handling.  If one of our flash drives does not read when you receive it, we will accept the drive on return.  We will then perform a scan using sophisticated computer equipment. If the flash drive is bad, we will replace it at NO CHARGE.  If instead we see that the drive has been mis-handled, we will replace that drive for a $25.00 charge per USB Flash Drive.  Shipping will be by US First Class Mail.

We use nothing but the highest grade, industry standard, USB Flash Drive media.  We have duplicated tens of thousands of drives and only rarely (1 drive out of 100,000) has there been a problem detected with the actual media itself.

The fastest way to receive a reply to your inquiry is to send us an e-mail.

E-mail is checked frequently, and responded to promptly, on our phones and laptops.  We spend most of the year traveling, and most hours of the day ringside filming.  Since we use our laptops ringside to record video, we can check e-mail and respond regularly.
